This Privacy Policy governs the use of the Agstyaa Consultant mobile application (Package: com.agstyaa.consultant) and official web platform.

1. Information We Collect

When you download, install, register, or use the Agstyaa Consultant app, we may collect the following types of information:

A. Personal Identifiable Information (Provided by You):

Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and optional Profile Avatar photo for user authentication, course enrollment, and profile customization.

B. Authentication & Account Data:

When using Google Sign-In or standard Email/Password, we receive authorized profile identifiers (Google User ID, Name, Email, Profile Picture) to authenticate you securely.

C. Device & Technical Information:

Device Model, Operating System version, Unique Device Identifier (for single-active-device session security), IP Address, and Expo Push Notification Tokens for alerts.

D. Course Progress & Offline Data:

Enrolled course progress, completed lessons, certificates earned, and local encrypted cache for offline video learning.

2. Mobile App Permissions

The Agstyaa Consultant Android app requests only essential permissions required for its educational and consultation features:

  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Push Notifications): Used strictly to send lecture announcements, course updates, live session reminders, and security alerts. You can toggle this on or off anytime in Settings.
  • Storage / Local File System: Used to store downloadable course study notes and cached video lessons securely on your device for offline viewing.
  • Photos / Media Library (Optional): Used exclusively when you choose to upload a custom profile picture. We never scan, access, or harvest your personal photo gallery.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, personalize, and maintain courses, video lectures, and learning materials.
  • To manage your student enrollments, course certifications, and educational services.
  • To enforce our single-active-device security policy, safeguarding your account from unauthorized access.
  • To send order confirmations, password reset links, and customer support responses.
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, or unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted third-party providers to facilitate core app features under strict confidentiality agreements:

Google Play & Google Sign-InProvides seamless OAuth sign-in and app distribution through Google Play Services.
Cloudflare R2 StorageStores encrypted course video streams, PDFs, and educational assets.
Expo / Firebase Cloud MessagingDelivers real-time notifications to registered devices.

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. All data exchanged between the mobile app, web application, and backend servers is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols. On-device authentication tokens are stored securely using Android Keystore / iOS Keychain via Expo SecureStore.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

In accordance with Google Play’s User Data & Account Deletion policies, you have complete control over your personal data:

How to Request Account & Data Deletion:

You may request complete deletion of your account, profile, and associated history at any time by emailing us at agstyaaconsultant9@gmail.com with your registered email address or through our Help & Support Center.

Upon verification, your account and personal identifiers will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law or accounting regulations.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services and courses are intended for general audiences and individuals aged 13 and older (or 18+ for financial transactions). We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately for removal.
